توضح هذه السياسة كيف تجمع شركة مبتكرات لتقنية المعلومات (الرقم الوطني الموحد 7027432108) البيانات الشخصية عبر الموقع mubtkrat.com وكيف تستخدمها وتحميها، وفقاً لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية في المملكة العربية السعودية ولوائحه التنفيذية.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

نجمع فقط ما تقدمه طوعاً عبر نموذج التواصل: الاسم، والجهة أو الشركة، والبريد الإلكتروني، والخدمة المطلوبة، وتفاصيل المشروع. لا يستخدم الموقع ملفات تعريف ارتباط للتتبع أو الإعلانات.

2. الغرض من المعالجة

نستخدم بياناتك للرد على طلبك، وإعداد عرض أو تصور للحل، والتواصل معك بشأنه. لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للتسويق دون موافقتك.

3. الأساس النظامي

نعالج بياناتك بناءً على موافقتك عند إرسال النموذج، ولاتخاذ خطوات بناءً على طلبك قبل التعاقد.

4. مشاركة البيانات

نستعين بمزودي خدمات تقنية لتشغيل الموقع: Cloudflare لاستضافة الموقع وحمايته، وخدمة لإيصال رسائل النموذج إلى بريدنا، وخطوط Google لعرض النصوص. قد تُعالج بعض هذه البيانات خارج المملكة لدى هؤلاء المزودين، ونلتزم بالضمانات التي يتطلبها النظام عند ذلك.

5. مدة الاحتفاظ

نحتفظ ببيانات الطلب طوال مدة التواصل بشأنه، ثم مدة لا تتجاوز ما تتطلبه الأغراض المذكورة أو الأنظمة المعمول بها، ثم نتلفها بشكل آمن.

6. حقوقك

يحق لك العلم بكيفية معالجة بياناتك، والوصول إليها، وطلب تصحيحها أو إتلافها، والرجوع عن موافقتك. لممارسة أي من هذه الحقوق راسلنا على info@mubtkrat.com.

7. أمن البيانات

نستخدم الاتصال المشفر (HTTPS) وضوابط وصول مناسبة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرح به.

8. التعديلات

This policy explains how Mubtakarat for Information Technology (Unified National Number 7027432108) collects, uses and protects personal data through mubtkrat.com, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law and its implementing regulations.

Only what you choose to send through the contact form: name, organisation, email, the service you need and project details. The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

2. Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare a proposal or solution outline, and contact you about it. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing without your consent.

3. Legal basis

Your consent when you submit the form, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

4. Sharing

We rely on technical providers to run the site: Cloudflare for hosting and protection, a form-delivery service that forwards messages to our inbox, and Google Fonts to display text. Some of this data may be processed outside the Kingdom by these providers, with the safeguards the law requires.

5. Retention

We keep request data while we correspond about it, then no longer than the stated purposes or applicable law require, after which it is securely destroyed.

6. Your rights
